Are you a Glasgow based creative? Are you looking for a space to practice, create or perform?
OTC is a thriving new network of social enterprises, community projects and creatives. We are looking to expand our family by renting out multiple newly available spaces at incredibly cheap prices only available to you creative types.
Visual Arts
Whether you are a painter, designer, sculptor, or up-cycler we have space for you across our beautiful 2nd floor studios. All studios can be adapted to a size that suits you. They are semi open plan with OSB dividers. If you need something more private then this can be arranged too.
Music
As a musician you know how difficult it is to find space to store and practice your music. Whether you play guitar or DJ, often neighbours aren’t too happy with your jam after work and its pretty hard to fit your drummer’s kit into your kitchen. At OTC we have a whole floor we’d like to offer up to groups of musicians for rehearsal and recording. These spaces are basic but with some TLC and a little soundproofing they could be turned into dynamic practice, play and workshop spaces for whatever your needs.
Theatre & Dance
We have space available all week long – evenings and weekends included for your dance workshops, rehearsals and performances. We have an event space for up to 150 people, a workshop room for practice, space for changing rooms and a green room and plenty of big roller mirrors to line up too.
Cinema
We can set up a cinema for up to 60 people with a large projection screen, sound system and comfortable padded benches. We can do popcorn and ice-creams too!
