Noon – 1pm Yoga (followed by mindfulness meditation)

1pm – 1:15 pm Mindfullness meditation

1pm – 3:30 pm Mind&Draw – drop in – Draw what’s on your mind

1pm – 3:30pm Blind Drawing – draw without your eye holding back your mind, body or soul
