Glasgow Mental Health Support Group is about to provide support and friendship to people with mental health problems and their families / friends. Meet-ups are a chance to chat in an understanding environment, have a laugh and make new friends with others who understand. One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives – you are not alone.
Membership is open to everyone.

Give it a Go Wednesday Workshop is a weekly Wednesday evening workshop featuring all sorts of thrifty ways which people can make things for themselves and their homes.
This time round: Sweet Feet! We will be making DIY natural foot sprays, scrubs & powders for you to take home, and there will also be a free reflexology taster too.
Places are limited to 12 so please book to confirm by clicking ‘attending’ and commenting on the event page.
The first workshop is free but there will be an option to leave a donation for the community centre.

Behind the idea:
In our society, we are given labels and names which might encourage segregation and separation. We are categorized from birth right through our lives. Unfortunately for many, these labels can limit our life experiences and expectations. We want to embrace all members of our community and respect our differences, equally. People without Labels collective dream, is to break isolation and loneliness which can affect us all.
This meet up group is for disabled, abled, friends and families to come together and socialise in the name of fun. Our group aims to reduce barriers to participation by offering wholesome activities that everyone can join in on. Expect fun, laughter, story sharing, workshops and forming new friends.
